You need to remember that the island of Crete is actually long and vast: in fact, it stretches for a couple of hundred kilometres from one end to the next. This airport is perfect for resorts such as Agios Nicolaos and Sitia. Chania Airport is at the western-end of Crete and this serves an equally busy part of the island.

I found Crete to be an exceptionally picturesque Greek island. Think beaches lapped by azure-blue seas and a stunning, mountainous backdrop across the entire island. The interior of Crete is exceptionally mountainous and many peak at nearly double the height of Ben Nevis, which is the highest mountain to be found in the UK.

2011 has reached the month of May, almost nearly half way this year almost exceeded. When you’ve reached the month of May that means the semester holiday will soon arrive. Although the holiday of shift semester is not long, but generally my small family and I always wanted to fill the holidays with a travel time. I do like traveling, for me personally my hobby can always make me feel relaxed. Meet and see new unique and interesting things, and delicious cuisine, see a new culture of society and so on, all the new things I encountered during travel has always been full of moments that contributes a lot of impression for me. For me personally do not always have to travel to distant places, out of town, let alone abroad should be the end of the world. Travel time could be anywhere; the most important thing is in the new environment, filling new and different rhythm with my daily life.
