http://www.bugbog.com/images/beaches/mexico-beaches/puerto-vallarta-mexico.jpgPuerto Vallarta was a magnificent city with a relaxed atmosphere. The city has plenty historic area with cobblestone streets. Some said shopping is the best of any tourist town in Mexico, both in downtown, or in one of the many small shops.

It never very far from the sea, as the city runs along along between mountains and the sea. This is actually in a bay, Banderas Bay, which results in a pretty sight. Watching the sunset can be a daily ritual, perhaps in one of the many cafes near the beach, or perhaps from the hotel terrace in the hills.

You can explore the town by boat across the bay to Yelapa, take a walk to Mismaloya, even doing a little kayaking along the coast. (EzineArticles)
